Our accessories come with a 12 Month Guarantee to cover any manufacturing defects or workmanship.

Unfortunately, do we do not cover you for any wear and tear that the case is supposed to receive. Remember that the case is meant to protect your device and absorb any damage and abuse, instead of your device. This is an investment to reduce and minimise any wear and tear on your device. 

However, there is still always that chance your device will break. A lot brands advertise themselves provide misleading implied protection that isn't always realistic. It's only when the phone breaks that what customers realise what's advertised isn't always the reality of the product. 

What we're trying to do is minimise that chance to as close to zero as possible, however it will never be zero. It isn't sexy  but we prefer to be upfront and realistic with our customers as possible. 

We also cannot cover you for any unauthorised modifications and use beyond the scope of its intended design.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please also note that we do not provide refunds on change of minds on any purchase. We are however happy to provide an exchange for a different item or for store credit if the item is in a resalable condition. If you have purchased the item from our online store, you are also able to return it to our Canberra store.
