Unfortunately, we do do not provide any refunds if you have simply changed your mind. However we are able to provide either store credit or exchange if the item is in a resalable condition

So for your piece of mind, our products come with a one year warranty to cover you for any manufacturing or workmanship defects.
We won't cover you for any wear and tear that is supposed to receive - remember, a case is meant to protect your phone and absorb the damage, instead of your phone. This is an investment that will reduce damage to your phone. We also cannot cover you for any unauthorised modification and use beyond the scope of its intended design
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused. Please also have adequate identification and proof of purchase. If you cannot provide adequate proof of purchase,we cannot provide any refunds and we reserve the right to deny any warranty claims without sufficient proof of purchase.
